At JJ HealthCare Products, we specialize in the sale and rental of professional medical and mobility equipment (including wheelchairs, hospital beds, power scooters, and patient lifts). Due to the weight, size, and critical nature of this equipment, our shipping and delivery protocols differ from standard parcel shipping. 1. Local White-Glove Delivery & Setup

For large mobility and medical equipment (such as power wheelchairs, patient lifts, and hospital beds), we offer specialized local delivery service across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and neighboring regions.

• Professional Setup: Our trained technicians deliver, assemble, position, and inspect the equipment inside your home to ensure safe operational use.
• Demonstration: We provide a full demonstration to the user or caregivers on how to operate the controls, locks, and safety mechanisms.
• Hygiene & Sanitization: All rental and sale items undergo multi-step sanitization protocols before being loaded into our delivery vehicles.

2. Rental Drop-Off & Pick-Up Scheduling

We coordinate rental equipment delivery and return pickups to align with your recovery or healthcare timeline.

• Scheduling: Once your rental order is confirmed, our dispatcher will contact you to schedule a 3-hour delivery window.
• Pick-Up at End of Term: When you no longer require the rental equipment, please contact us 3 to 5 business days in advance to schedule the pickup. The rental term continues until the equipment is picked up or returned to our store.
• Access & Stairways: Please notify us in advance if there are narrow doorways, multiple flights of stairs, or no elevator access, as this may require additional delivery personnel.

3. Free In-Store Pickup

Customers are welcome to pick up their orders (sales or rentals) at our retail showroom location. Please select "Store Pickup" at checkout. We will contact you as soon as your items are prepared and sterilized for collection. Please ensure you have a vehicle suitable for transporting the specific equipment dimensions.

For smaller medical supplies, accessories, and orthotics, we ship via standard courier services (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx). Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you immediately upon dispatch.
