Product Information

The Asteroid lift chair is part of the Planet line of quality lift chairs from EZee Life. It a basic model that offers features that will rival other manufacturer's higher end chairs.

We stock the Asteroid model in two colours, Dark brown and grey upholstery (100% Polyester fiber), and can ship these chairs same day as ordered or the next business day for late orders.

Features

  • Lift chairs are ideal for someone with limited mobility. Single motor run generally to control the backrest and the legrest. And dual motor run the backrest and the legrest separately.
  • Dual motor design, this chair should be placed at least 28" away from the wall and keep the at least 37.4" of chair's front space clear for daily operation.
  • Handset with fasteners, very easy for operation.

   

Warranty

EZee Life™ warrants our Planet lift chair line to be free from material and workmanship problems as follows:

Frames:

  1. Lifetime warranty on all Planet lift chair frames.

All other issues:

  1. First and Second year - parts and labour.
  2. Third year – parts only.

Any alterations, misuse, abuse, or accidental damage voids this warranty. EZee Life™ reserves the right to replace or repair any part that has become defective.

The warranty does not extend to consequential costs resulting from the fault or defect of the product: freight and travel costs, loss of earnings, or other expenses that one may incur.

Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and the original receipt must be presented before any warranty options are considered. Please also be prepared to provide the date of purchase and serial number.

How to Get Service

Should you require warranty service for your Planet lift chair please contact HPU Medical Wholesale. Fill in our warranty claim form and provide picture where and if relevant.

Once approval is given for warranty, vendor can choose between two levels of service.

  1. The local dealer can make the needed repairs and invoice us for repair - quote has to be submitted and approved before repair done.
  2. 3rd party service - once informed of broken lift chair we would arrange for a 3rd party service company to book a time for the repair with the client.

Footrests on Lift Chairs are designed to take the weight of the user's legs only. Chair frames damaged because of excess weight on the footrests, or users entering or leaving the seat without lowering the footrest, are not covered by the warranty.

STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.
  2. Our invoices are payable within 21 working days, unless another payment timeframe is indicated on either the invoice or the order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, My Company reserves the right to request a fixed interest payment amounting to 10% of the sum remaining due. My Company will be authorized to suspend any provision of services without prior warning in the event of late payment.
  3. If a payment is still outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due payment date, My Company reserves the right to call on the services of a debt recovery company. All legal expenses will be payable by the client.
  4. Certain countries apply withholding at source on the amount of invoices, in accordance with their internal legislation. Any withholding at source will be paid by the client to the tax authorities. Under no circumstances can My Company become involved in costs related to a country's legislation. The amount of the invoice will therefore be due to My Company in its entirety and does not include any costs relating to the legislation of the country in which the client is located.
  5. My Company undertakes to do its best to supply performant services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. My Company cannot under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
  6. In order for it to be admissible, My Company must be notified of any claim by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services.
  7. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by United States law.
